Working with Wayne at DMP3D was easy.
We first contacted Wayne after being told by a specialist jig manufacturer that what we wanted wasn’t possible. After seeing a crude drawing and talking with him about what we do and what we needed, Wayne was sure he could help and that’s exactly what he did. After a few conversations with him we had a working prototype that we could fully test. Once we confirmed the testing went well Wayne quickly got back to us with technical drawings for the other jig sizes we needed and did some amazing work to make sure the overall weight of each jig was within the required specifications.
With some tight deadlines to meet he made sure we had our finished jigs ready to use and kept us updated regularly during their manufacture.
A little over a month after delivery and with daily use since then, I can say that we are extremely happy with the end results.
Wayne was very helpful all the way through this project, adapting our original ideas using his knowledge to design and create the ideal solutions. We will absolutely be calling on his skills again in the future.
